My complaint:
Their system failed to swap my Bitcoin to TRX, they sent me back The transfer balance but did not refund the swap fee. I did not cause the swap to fail so I shouldn’t lose the swap fee, it’s totally not my fault.
Suggested solution:
I want my swap fee refunded back to me, it's about 10$ usd in Bitcoin.
