My complaint:
This is the 2nd boxes from Sams Club that don’t tear correctly. The perforated edges are not cut all the way through so when you pull one tissue out you get a whole clump of them. This is frustrating and a waste of tissues when this happens. We will not be buying the Kleenex brand again until you can get the tissues to tear correctly. We will purchase the Sams club name brand.
Looking forward to what you haven’t say about this problem.

By having the perforated edges so they tear without a ton of tissues coming out of the box
