My complaint:
I was on line waiting to cash out i had bread and a piece of cake she didn’t want to check me out she said we dont ring up food at customer service I’ve done it many times before she was very unprofessional and rule she just set back down like if i was nobody she need a job where she. Just set down bc she super lazy. and not king super employee i never been treated like this at king super
Suggested solution:
Send her somewhere where she doesn't deal with customers bc she has no customer sever skill or send her back to training i dont like anyone to lose there job but she can't move and very rule customer are always right teach her to be polite and nice to customers
