Kia Downtown LA complaint: Car consumers about air bags

My complaint:

Was in a horrible car accident on Dec.1, 2019 in one of your kia s. I want to know why the air bags didn’t deploy on impact of crash.

Suggested solution:

I would like to be notified why. I was badly injured because of that malfunction
