My complaint:
I called customer service with complaints in addition to emails outlining the faulty products (Keter Plastic Case 00317740: Broken parts (Pacific Grey Chaise Loungers)) I purchased and has broken under multiple people at my home leading to injuries but no one at Ketet has responded. I sent pictures of the brokers chairs – I bought 4 and 3 have completely broken within 2-3 month after purchase!
Suggested solution:
They should have responded especially after notifying them that the products are defective and people are falling on them leading to injuries.
