My complaint:
A man attacked me at the gym, knocked my phone out of my hand, and called me a STUPID RUSSIAN IDIOT. We were vacationing at a hotel from January 8th to 12th. I, a three-time world dance champion, went to the gym. I was answering work and family messages while walking on the treadmill. A man stood on the treadmill to my left, and upon hearing Russian, he started yelling loudly and waving his arms right in my face, telling me to get out of the gym with my phone. I asked him to stop yelling and being aggressive towards me, to which he called me a STUPID RUSSIAN IDIOT. I was frightened, and he continued waving his arms and yelling. I grabbed my phone to film his attack, but he began twisting my arms and knocked the phone out of my hands. He took my belongings and the things I had brought with me to the gym and threw them in the trash. I ran to reception in tears to call security. The managers arrived, and in front of them, he yelled at me that I was a terrible, stupid Russian idiot. They listened and did nothing to protect me. Afterward, they promised to look into the situation and notify us. I asked them to do this as quickly as possible because I felt unsafe having this man in the same hotel with me. A day passed, none of the managers approached us. We went to reception ourselves, and they said the cameras were outdated and there was nothing they could do! My vacation was ruined, and I’m walking around the Kempinsky Hotel in fear for my life!
