My complaint:
your crackers have been not up to my liking. they fall apart in the package. your QA has been sliding
box before this the packets were shorter then the box.
love the taste but you need to improve the product. previous boxes have had some broken.
surely i am not the first to complain

Better inspection at the plant. This is not a transport problem.
Awful. Broken, thin, less in the package.
