My complaint:

12 Aug 2019, I took my 2003 Lincoln Navigator to Keith White Ford Lincoln Service section because of and error message, Spark plug 7 had popped out. They kept it for 3 days. They did repairs, tapped 7 plug, installed new plug and coil. They took me to my Physical rehabilitation appointments. They gave me a ride home and came by to pick me up when the Navigator was ready. Once I got home I got new error codes. The Mechanic had not completed the job. The engine’s plastic engine cover had not been tightened. There were burnt wires to one of the connectors. The new error P1405, I called and informed Mr Berry about the problems and codes. He asked me to bring the vehicle in Friday morning. The said they put in news parts. Did not tell me what parts. They didn’t charge me. The vehicle drove ok over the weekend. Got a New code: P0401, 21 Aug 2019 exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected. The vehicle still drove. The vehicle got worst 22 August 2019. Started making sounds and the exhaust started shaking and had a weird smell. Took it to Keith White 23 August 2019, 8 A.M. I explained what was going on and error code. They wouldn’t even look at it. The lady at the service desk told me I needed an appointment, and only had Tuesday 27 Aug 2019. I got the list of the parts they installed earlier. One part was dealing with the leak. Apparently they knew they were the cause. Now I had no vehicle over the weekend. The Navigator was not drivable. Talked to the service manager, showed him what happened. Showed him the parts list and the part installed for the leak. He said bring it in. I had to wait until Tuesday to have it looked at. Took it back Tuesday, all they did basically was clear the code and give it back to me. I believe they were the cause for this leak and should take responsibility for it and perform the repair. They told me the code may reappear. They need to make this right instead of giving me the runaround and brushing it off.

Suggested solution:

Keith White should repair the leak. They are the ones who caused it.
