My complaint:

The use of the Kare Plus Recruitment and Homecare Weybridge service on your site is based on misinformation. The Former franchisee should be informed to desist from using the Kare Plus name. The complainant is the current legal owner of the Kare -Plus Weybridge franchise that was bought in December 2020. The previous owner relinquished all rights to use the Kare-Plus namelogo since 2019. Your site should endeavour to inform whoever has placed this wrong information to retract it.

The bona-fide franchisee( has no recruitment agency and only offers regulated services and it is registered with the Care Quality Commission. I look forward to your response.
