My complaint:
I was calling in regards of locating my keys I had lost in the parking lot. When I called the second time, the young lady had an attitude and “said” she didn’t she my car or my keys and hung up in my face. She was completely rude and deserves to be fired.
Suggested solution:
I think the lady should be fired and notified of her rude rude service towards customers.
