My complaint:
I smoke the players super king red brand and have recently been buying the packs of 21, I’ve never checked them before but I did the past few times and each time there has not been 21 cigarettes in the pack, last time there was only 20 and this time there’s only 19!
You advertise packs of 21 and I have not been getting 21 so feel like I am being fooled, I’m not happy at all because now I beleive every pack I’ve bought has been short of a cigarette or 2, this needs to be resolved amicably before I go to trading standards and then on to small claims court
Suggested solution:
I would like atleast to be reimbursed for the lost cigarettes I should have had and I also beleive that this has always been the case with these packs, I would like to be compensated in some way
