My complaint:
hey i bought a 25 pack of john players cigarettes today and they are so dry that they are buring really fast the tobacco is falling out i cant even enjoy a cigarette im on a fixed income and this problem cant be happing i love your brand and i dont want to switch
Suggested solution:
send me a replacement pack or something to replace the dry cigarettes that i have cause this isnt cool at all éé
