My complaint:
I’ve been purchasing your cigarettes for some time now but recently I bought 100 through morrisons and found that there is barely any tobacco in them, to the point they are often just disintegrating instantly
I took the tobacco out of it and compared it to a new single pack of yours I bought from a local shop, the tobacco inside the 100s pack was half of that inside the new single pack I had bought, considering the price rises recently this is absolutely unacceptable, paying around £60 for half the tobacco is something alot of people such as myself obviously cannot afford

Get back to me, I genuinely feel ripped off in this instance
