My complaint:
Every couple of day now for the past month no matter what shop I go to your tobacco always has twigs leaves and alot of uncut tobacco, I understand that its cheaper than the rest but I would have thought the tobacco would still be fine cut ,I would hate to change tobacco as I do really like this and have been smoking it since it was introduced in the handy packs

Please try and cut the tobacco finer
