My complaint:
Everytime I open a packet of your cigarettes, the side of the lid tears leaves the packet unable to fully close again because your using strong tape on the seal cheap as cardboard, clearly.
Suggested solution:
Stop being cheap leaches either use stronger cardboard or use something that isn't as strong to seal it. Not everybody smokes like a chimney, when you are unable to close the packet correctly then the cigarettes dry up faster, it's common sense.
