My complaint:
I enjoy a cigarette I’m not a heavy smoker but buy 3 packs a week in last year the amount of packs I’ve bought and have been disappointed I can feel the large pieces of wood inside cigs I suggest you randomly open some cigarettes the tobacco is dry and hard . I’m paying 10 a packet for this if your not putting real tobacco in you shouldn’t be selling them .

Well if it was any other product I would be constantly taking back for refund
