My complaint:
Sold cigs that are not properly made they sparkle and are split with more than one filter wrapper around it so I have called about it and wasn’t able to get the lady to understand my complaint I said well I will send photos etc and barcodes to support my expensive outlay $44.00 per packet and this has happened from this shop previously
Suggested solution:
Replace the packets or send my money back in preference I'm not buying these fake smokes again so please do something I'm actually dissatisfied and disappointed such garbage is sold to us at the prices GST are making profits from out habits of smoking cigs from a country all illegally imported for sure
