My complaint:
I am a smoker from last 15 years usually smoking JPS Gold.
But due to stock issue I got a cartoon of JPS Silver 40’s from Woolworths for $230 and noticed
1) They are so hard to drag and have a puff
2) Half of the cigarette is filter and only 50% is filled with tobacco.
3) The tobacco seems to taste weird
Can’t really have a drag of it, so hard to suck.
I doubt it to be original. or manufacturing issue.
Suggested solution:
Refund would be highly appreciated
