John Player Cigarettes complaint: Incorrect packet of cigarettes in purchased carton

My complaint:

I purchased a carton of JPS Menthol 40s Monday 20th from Romeo’s IGA Campbelltown to take to work. I work in the mines. I opened up the carton and found a packet of JPS Silver Firm Touch Filter 40’s in the carton. the other 3 packs were Menthol.

Suggested solution:

I believe i should receive a packet of JPS 40s Menthol
