My complaint:
I purchased JPS superking green filter from my local store and at least 5 of the cigarettes came away from the filter as I was taking them out the pack. The filter has no been attached properly and had to bin 14 of my pack in the bin. I have attached a pic of 2 out of the 5 cigarettes
Suggested solution:
Either replace or refund me my money as this is obviously a fault in the manufacturing
