My complaint:
I bought a pack of JPs cigeretes I’ve smoke them for years with no problem but the pack I purchased I’m guessing under half of the had faulty gum joints that hold then to get her as the had all split open as you no in Australia cigeretes are up Ro over $ 35 and more a pack of which I can hardly afford these day your a multi billion dollar company I’m not and find it hard to afford cigeretes these days

I think they should be replace but I\'m guessing I\'ll never hear from you at all but had to voice my complaint a reply would be apreaciated greatly
I don’t think il hear any thing regarding my complaint it will go unresolved which is sad as I have a legitimate gripe I’m just a little man not important to the company that makes these cigeretes it’s just a small amount to them but not to me as I’m unemployed thanks any way I tried
