My complaint:
I recently bought 2 packets , 40 cigarettes
JPS Players bright – king Size
2 cigarettes in each packet were faulty as the tobacco part literally fell out of the tab
Cigarettes are too expensive in the uk for this to happen
They were both bought at a tesco in Leeds
Looking at the cigarettes the tabs have recently looked different, Has the manufacturing process changed?
I would like JPs to compensate me and also look at their process as on one occasion this fault could of started a fire!
