My complaint:
I’ve bought 10 packs of smokes this week only to have roughly half of each pack with faulty cigarettes. The filter is not attached so after you light up the smoke falls off. For almost $20 a pack this is outrageous to only be getting half a pack each pack I buy. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll likely switch brands because wasting my money on a product that is faulty is not worth it.
Suggested solution:
Half a refund of 10 packs or send me a new carton with out faulty smokes. I feel like I’ve wasted my money.
