My complaint:
I smoke John players all the time the cherry’s fall off everytime it has burnt holes in my dressing gowns and iv had to buy more dressing gowns and has burnt burnt holes in my carpets and I don’t get a lot of money to keep replacing them I’m thinking of changeing my cigarette brand iv also tried giving up but can’t I hope u can help me as this is rediculus every time this happens again and again
Suggested solution:
I would like compensation so I can actually get new carpet and dressing gown and for u to try and sort this out what if the cherry was to drop me not relise or anyone for that matter and it was to send ur house or mine up in flames the amount of dressing gowns and carpet it has burnt and iv had to throw away it’s stupid and dangerous
