My complaint:
Hello I purchased a packet of Jps players real red super king from dunnings bridge service station Liverpool and when I have tried to smoke them I have had a unusual experience as I can’t get a pull of the cigarette and they are just burning down. I am inhaling as I would usually and I can not get a pull and no smoke from it and they are just completely unsmokeable I have never had this issue before with these.
Suggested solution:
A refund or a new product to replace the faulty one and some sort of a nice gesture on top of that for the inconvenience
