John Player Cigarettes complaint: Cigarettes half empty tobacco

My complaint:

I bought a packet of jps red and on lighting one the whole cigarette lit up in small flames as the cigarette had less than a full cigarette of tobacco I checked the remainder of the packet and several cigarette where loosely packed and the tobacco had come out and was at the bottom of the pack
