John Player Cigarettes complaint: Cigarette filters falling off when taking cigarette out of packet

My complaint:

3 cigarette out of a packet of 20 have came apart at the filter when being taken out of packet, as the cost is £9.50, each cigarette is not cheap and as a smoker of filter tips the cigarettes are useless and 3 out of a packet of 20 is ridiculous. The product seems to be of a lesser quality and the tobacco is loose and burns so quickly. If a new system is in place to make them I feel this should be scrapped and go back to old methods or if quality assurance checks have lessened due to covid or for whatever reason, obviously it’s not a marketable standard and should not be sold until everything is back to normal, what was once an enjoyable smoke is now a challenge.

Suggested solution:

As above go back to how they were made if changes have been implemented, if quality assurance checks are the problem get on top of it and do not sell an inferior product due to whatever reason the checks are not been done, this is not satisfactory
