My complaint:
I picked up a fresh 20 deck of your real blue cigarettes and second one out of the packet it had blew Up in my face have got a picture if needed. I double checked it wasn’t one of my mates playing a trick on me but they proved there point as it was a fresh packet.
Suggested solution:
Send me a few free packets as compensation
