My complaint:
I have been buying your brand for a long time and the quality has been getting worse and worse. The cherry falls off for no reason.
When the cherry falls off it has burned carpets , patio carpets and leaves. It is unsafe. I am thinking about changing brands.
Suggested solution:
Fix your cigarettes and replace the ones that broke
Almost as if there is less tobacco in them as the cherry falls off easily burning my car seats and clothing on many occasions
