My complaint:
I have been smoking jps for years and never had a problem until through the lockdown they seem 2 be a bit different from the original packaging and I can’t hardly get a drag out of them and its making me smoke more can u tell me if they have changed the packaging or there something else going on i have attached a picture of the fags that I bought yesterday in my nearest shop in the picture you can see the white cardboard inside the pack but before the lockdown it was the same colour as the packet
Suggested solution:
Put the inside white cardboard back to the original colour of the pack
