My complaint:
Hi, I’ve smoked JPS Blue Super Kings now for around 56 year. However every now and again that I light a cigarette up after the first few inhales. I’ve noticed the smell of the burn and even the taste of Cannabis. I myself aren’t the only one neither who has noticed the smell or taste, I have even been stopped by uniformed police officers for the smell of cannabis. Been searched and my fags ripped open for a search. I’m extremely unhappy with the pleasure of smoking your brand and the experience I have recieved from your product
Suggested solution:
Something should be done and put right with me being put out of pocket as of the police stop and a decent letter of apology should do the trick and all. However I'm unsure what more could be done for me to drop the complaint
