My complaint:
I am writing to express my immense frustration and disappointment with the abysmal network services provided by Jio in my area. The severity of the network issues has reached intolerable levels, and despite lodging complaints for over two months, there has been zero improvement.
The quality of voice calls is consistently horrendous, with frequent call drops and unbearable voice breaks. This is not just a minor inconvenience; it’s a complete breakdown of the essential services I am paying for.
I find it utterly unacceptable that Jio, a supposedly leading telecom provider, has failed to address and resolve a recurring issue that has been reported by not just me but several neighbors as well.
I demand immediate and concrete action to rectify this situation. It’s appalling that paying customers are left in the dark with no resolution in sight, despite repeated complaints.
I insist on a response outlining the specific measures being taken to fix the network issues plaguing our area. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to consider alternative service providers who can deliver on their promises.

They are not considering the customer complaints. We have lodged multiples complaints in jio customer care.
