My complaint:

I have 2 children that work at the Westchester location who both on Sunday 71821 went to break at the same exact time ( receipt shows time) which is 15 min. Upon return the MOD ( Jervis) cam to her loudly stating you went over your break GO HOME she tried to explain that she was not over and what time she went he did not want to hear what she had to say. He then told my son that he was okay and can return back to work. She asked how if we both returned at the same time and went at the same time am I the only one late. He the approached my daughter and son in a very aggressive way in which was viewed by customers. This manager has absolutely no business running anyone’s store. He then called the police which was ABSOLUTELY RIDUCLOUS my kids have worked there without any issues with anyone and this manager who just started comes and obviously don’t know how to manage. He needs to be removed from this store he seems to not know what he’s doing. Let me also mention that ALL of this was done on the floor in front of all the customers this is definitely not how this should have been handled. If he felt she had done anything wrong he could have called her into the office. This poorly handled situation caused both my kids their jobs in which they both loved.

Suggested solution:

The Managers need better training and need to know that they can't talk to the employees any way just because they have the manager title. Every employee deserves respect regardless of the age or title. This manager ( Jervis) needs to be removed from this store. Employees maybe should have to clock out for breaks which could then show the time they left or even sign out. this type of situation is avoidable with the right procedure in place.
