My complaint:
Since moving to the area, Jets was my go to pizza. Tonight was a huge disappointment. We ordered a large pizza and got three toppings, one of them being onions. Also, we asked for it to be well done as one of my friends hates mushy crusts. If you look at the one picture, you can see the onion that we paid for as a topping. They are the 8-10 white specks you see. And then the well done feature should have been called under done as the dough was soggy and wet. nothing was well done, and the dough was half done. I don’t want a refund or free pizza in the future – I want Jets to know about this a get better.
Suggested solution:
They should get better at this. If I wanted little ceasar's pizza, I would have saved money and time.
