My complaint:
I ordered some pens and refills, they sent it USPS to Canada that was to be delivered by Canada Post.
But, never arrived!
Everyone is giving me a run around and nothing so far is being resolved or even getting a reply to solve this wisely.
Suggested solution:
I would like it to be be sent again, or a refund for my order ASAP.
