My complaint:
I been shopping jd sports online for long time and my account was blocked, I sent a email about it, they said we can’t accept orders from you anymore, I was shocked and upset, how do I order for my kids clothes for there, I always order from Jd for they birthdays
Suggested solution:
I want them to apologise and unblocked the account and accept orders
