My complaint:
I have an account, I have deposited money using my card, I played without accepting their bonus to avoid being any issues ifwhen i won or wanted to cash out but months later, even after sending them everything they ask for for identification and security purposes I keep getting the runaround. They didnt ask for anything over and over BEFORE accepting my money but somehow now they need me to resend it because they dont see it. If they DO see it, they walk me thru the steps to cash out but keep telling me to click on options that dont seem to exist on my screen… Why not just tell me straight up they’re really just hoping i give up??? Its $3,586.00
otherwise I probably WOULD have given up!
Suggested solution:
Pay me... Or stop lying to customers and stringing them along by telling me to click on options that arent even there!
