My complaint:
Endless buffering, we are on virgin media, nothing wrong with the internet, premium is a criminal waste of our money, you are not providing the servce you advertise, if social media is anything to go by, I suggest you take a look, there are many hundreds of unhappy customers who report problems and get nowhere.
