My complaint:
Interjet made me purchase a very expensive last-minute ticket because they did not recognize the ticket I had purchased from them (they said the ticket did not have a routing number, which it did, but they said no). After many months of back and forth, I finally have them admitting their error and got them to put in writing that they will reimburse me for the second ticket they made me purchase (please see email below). However, the money was never reimbursed and the stopped answering emails or being available on the phone.
Can you help me?
