My complaint:
My trailer I was hauling was rear ended and smashed and not towable. Trailer 17.5 cargo hauler was knocked right off my hitch and the locking mechanism was broken. The trailer was pushed into my tailgate damaging my cab, box, floor, doing $14000 to my truck alone according to intact adjuster.
They are telling me my trailer is still being estimated. When trying to get things done and after 3 escalations to management they still don’t respond. You get a call from intact they leave a message but no way to call them. I call and get customer service and the person answering says they can help.after hours trying to solve this they put me on hold and then hang up.
Suggested solution:
Quit lying to clients.
This guy was drunk when he hit me so it is not coming out of intact pocket. Get off your but and do your job please.
