My complaint:
On June 4, I discovered I needed to do a video selfie to a real person, which I am, but when I submit it, it says it keeps stopping. And it also tells me to my info on the app, which is what I’m on, my feed and account get blank. I got my account back on June 7, but happened the next day until the 11th. When my account back that day, I enabled the two-step verification where I enter a code each time I log on, but it keeps not letting me in after a few hours of having it back. I can’t log in reliably.
Suggested solution:
They should resolve the login issue so I can consistently get on.
