My complaint:
I have owned a Q30 since 2017 and for the past two years I have been unable to find a garage (including appointeed infiniti repairs centres) willing or able to perform a gear box oil change on my car in the South and South east of England, London area including. I have been to Renault and Mercedes dealers too, only to be turned down from them as well. I have spoken few time with the Infiniti customer service in UK but nothing ever came out from it. I do have proof of my contract and conversation with every single person I spoke over the past two years.
My car has now 53000 miles on the clock and if the gear box breaks down or starting to malfunction I will file a legal complaint against infiniti for sure anyone lawyer could find a good reason for it.
Suggested solution:
Find me a garage able and willing to perform the required service on my car at a reasonable distance from Canterbury
