My complaint:

I have contacted DPW Indianapolis, Indiana 9 times starting 10 31 2019 about a wild life pond water coming in my yard. There is a stream that runs into it. And when it rains alot it will back up because there is drain covers that are closed( grassy creek park, 30th and German church rd. I talked to a Patrick Ruth (317 650 2958) on January 16th, 2020. And he stated he wasn’t going to open the covers because it flood people’s yards. I told him he didn’t have to open all the way, just enough to drain some of the water so not backing up into my fenced yard. So I called back on February 10th, 2020 and talked to someone at DPW stating I had talked to a Patrick Ruth and stated what he said. And I also said that I have called the township coordinator LaRoy Passley in the past but haven’t gotten any response from him so that is why I called customer service. This person stated she didn’t know a Patrick Ruth, so I gave her his that came up on my caller I’d. She stated she would call his and also try and get ahold of a mr. Passley and that would here from someone that day. Well today is the 26th of February and nobody has contacted me. I have water in my backyard and we are going to get more rain. So all I’m asking is to drain some of this water in the pond so it doesn’t back up in my yard.

Suggested solution:

All I'm asking they drain some of the water in the pond so it doesn't back up in my yard
