My complaint:
I signed up according to my contract, I have three days to cancel, which I did. The contract also states that I am due a refund of all monies paid. My invoice shows that I paid for one week of gym membership, which I did not use at all. The owner refuses to refund my money stating that it covers a body scan and meal prep, which is not listed anywhere on my invoice or contract. Per his Yelp and BBB reviews, people should avoid this gym at all costs.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of my $39 payment for the 1 week of membership I did not use.
