My complaint:

I placed an order online was suppose to be ready at 2:06 I show up 2:10 the cook didn’t even start my order they said 15-20 min I reluctantly said ok, 45 min later I go back in and ask for a refund still haven’t got my order I’m informed they can’t give me a refund it’ll be 1-3 days well it’s 5 days later still no refund

Suggested solution:

Give me a refund and compensate me for the hour I waited for nothing.
