My complaint:
I currently work at this location. My crew chief and I had a disagreement and started arguing in front of customers. He then threatened me because I wouldn’t go home because obviously i need to work. He said he was going to put his hands on me if i didnt leave. He said ima hit you. He called the general manager and she told him to tell me if I don’t leave I’ll lose my job. She didn’t even hear my side of the story. And she did not send him home. He threatened me physically and she does not care. She won’t return my calls. But he still works there Scott free. I’m tge only one getting punished. I agree I shouldn’t have argued back. I admit my fault however I did not threaten him in anyway. He put his finger in my face and everything while screaming. I ain’t gonna lie I was scared. My problem is my boss won’t even hear my side and doesn’t care she has a man who is threating her employees working in her store. He threatens other workers too. Not physically but he’ll say ima get you fired. I heard him say it to two different employees. I feel very abused in a lot of different ways. This is not right. The camera will show him walking up to me two different times while I’m in the middle of an order disrupting me. First time I walked away. 2nd time I stood up for myself and said your not going to keep doing this. He was yelling at me in front of customers. He told me to go clean my dirty tables and clean up glass in the middle of me talking to customers and taking there order. Which made all customers in store look. All customers heard him yell at me very disrespectfully. He wouldn’t listen to me. He would just talk over me. All the cooks were laughing at me. The man that cleans the bathrooms began to start crying. It was bad. All customers looked awkward and left fast. I won’t tolerate abuse. My biggest problem is I tried to tell the boss Monica and she chose his side without even hearing mine. I haven’t tlj to her once since it happened. Honestly I don’t want to work for either of them. If I can get threatened by physical force and nothing happens I can’t work there.

Also, I worked there for 2.5 years. This non gentleman worked there for maybe 3 months. And she wouldn’t even take my calls. She said I’m off work. Angelo is my supervisor. Well Angelo threatened me physically, embarrassed me, put his finger right up in my face (which u can see on camera) and screamed all because I told him that was wrong of him to interrupt me mid order.
