My complaint:
Hwa had a sears tech come and diagnose washer. Hwa turned it down. That was on 3/28/23. I’ve called them a few times since then to see when something will be done. They told me they are trying to find a different company to get another diagnosis or we can pay a tech and they will reimburse. I signed up with them to cover my appliances….
Suggested solution:
I just want my washer fixed or replaced. The way it's supposed to be done.
