My complaint:

I am a 57 year old man with a obvious neck and back injury, I came in the store wearing a backpack and walked over to the lotto booth with is right in front of the cashier.i am the only person in the store . She loudly tells me I must take off my back pack at the front door. Why do I have to do this , I am not a their and cannot even reach my backpack while I am wearing it to stuff anything in it.. I’ve been shopping at this location for 25 years or more ,and find this very insulting. If this is mandatory then it should be posted on the door! With all these new rules with covid-19 wearing masks and sanitizing your hands I think we have enough rules to. Follow this happened on December 7 at 10:30 am.

Suggested solution:

They should either post the rules on the front door, or use descretion on how a single person wearing a backpack is going to steal something!
Maybe if it lunch hour and you have groups of people entering the store at a time they should leave their bags at the door. I expect her to apologise or a husky representative to contact me . Like I said I've been a loyal customer for 25 years and spend 500.00 a month on tobacco and at least 300,00 a month on lotto. I will not shop there again untill I get a response from you!
