My complaint:
On 5 22 2023 1130 on I walked in yo the hicks store , wearing a blue shirt, and black jogging pants, to buy a pack of cigs, ant the store clerk ( Heather beason) began to call me a bitch and mf in front of other customers ,and they was all looking at me as she was doing it the whole time her manager was standing there and did nothing to stop it, she even told me I had to leave the store ,and I said I have done nothing wrong and this is not your store, and she wouldn’t stop ,at this time the manger was the one waiting on me, and was handing me my change from the 5 dollars bill that I just gave her to pay for the cigarettes that I came in buy.
I had to lie and say I’m recording this, and then I left the store, I have never did anything to the hicks store to be treated that way, and for a manger to just stand there and watch as a customer is treated this way , is poor management, I m going to file in court in this matter , because of the way she treated me in front f of people I felt really embarrassed and humiliated as they was looking at me as she was calling me bitch and all the rest of the names !!!! if the Comp wonts to settle out I’ll accept 10.000 and there jobs , if not then I’ll take it to cort and ask for more
