My complaint:
I currently own an HP printer which has been put offline by your organisation. I am an infrequent user of a printer but now I cannot use the printer even though I have never yet had any ink sent to me since I bought the printer and I own the printer itself. My bank card went out of date and I am now unable to log in to my account with HP to update the details.
Frankly, I feel I have had no service at all from HP Ink , only hassle and obstruction. Every time I try to access my account with HP Ink to change my payment details I get a message saying my internet access is blocked!! Of course it isn’t – only with and by your organisation.
If you want me to continue as a customer, at the very least allow me access to my account to change my payment details.
Suggested solution:
Restore my access to my account to enable me to change my payment details.
